BlankIt is a comic wherein the lead characters discover new things with surprising regularity. As the fans are no more in-the-know than the two male leads, many fans have posited names for these strange encounters and denizens, so as to facilitate discussion.
It bears mention that fan-made names are not canon. Where they are, it's most likely correlation born of parallel thought processes. However, at this time very few if any canon (or "internal") names have been revealed, so most names/labels used in this wiki and the comments below the comics themselves will be "external," or fanon.
The BlankIt universe invites fan interpretation and discussion. Not everybody will agree on names, though it is in our communal best interest to come to relative consensus. It will occasionally become necessary to memorize more than one name for one object. In the interest of making this sort of information available, S. Mackie encourages his fellow editors and fans to carefully redirect names to central pages of one stripe or another, and to list all redirects below the title. This is somewhat hypocritical of him, as he has not yet memorized how to make redirection pages himself and will have to research into the matter another time. Mbr>Also note that while it will occasionally be necessary to know multiple names for something, one can fully expect a community of editors to have different tastes and emphases. As a result, not every person will remember every name for every thing/critter/place, and it would be disruptive to the Wiki experience to demand such a thing of our friendly contributors. So please be patient if I forget what Chip the Biscuitd00d is.
