Put off for far too long.

I have trouble blogging here because I don’t think people read it. If nobody reads it, I’m more inclined not to blog. It’s vicious.

Buy the Tastefully Done 2010 calendar!!

All proceeds go towards cancer research, and you get to see the Blank It cast once you get to February. Do a good thing! I know you have money, and I know you’re not spending it on our shirts. Except for you-know-who-you-are. I’m shipping out everything this weekend.

Hey, next Friday is Black Friday, holiday shopping day of the year. Normally we’ve got a “buy two shirts, get a can koozie” deal, but if you buy any shirt on Friday at all, we’ll throw in a free koozie. Next Friday only. I’ll remind you.

Also, original artwork is starting to sell, so if you were thinking of getting one, don’t put it off. We put seniority on whoever asks first, period. Check the list and shoot us an email to orders@(you know the rest).

My wife says I need to not make this comic about selling stuff, so I’m sorry I’ve turned into a pitchman. Aric and I are just trying to recoup some operating expenses. Blank It has run non-stop for a year and a half now, and it’s cost us a bit out of pocket. You buying stuff for you helps us balance our books. Right now any money we earn is getting stowed aside for the inevitable first Blank It book, so your patronage ensures our future productions.

Thanks!

Of course we read it, just not the whole posts all the time.

You would probably get more consistent readers if you had your entire posts on the main page instead of just having “snippets”.

And you have not turned into pitchman – as an artist, it’s your right to try to make a living off of your work, and it’s the duty of your admirers to help support that art.

I’m looking at all you cheap bastards out there.
Dude, buy a print, they’re dirt cheap – too cheap in my opinion – and the artist barely charges any shipping.

Prices start at like 10-15 bucks – if you’ve been reading this comic, get some cool art and support the it.

    you see – :D

The way the columns are arranged, I always assumed that you only had “snippets” on the main page and always clicked on the titles to read the entire text. :P

Hey, don’t feel bad about selling stuff. I don’t see this comic as merchandizing, especially when the calendar’s profit goes to cancer research. As Karl says, though, I’m among one of the cheap bastards (college student), but with the holidays coming up, my family is typically charitable to my cause around this time of year.
