That Lemmo is a Dagum riot! The Lou Costello of the group without a dought. Eric is the Bud Abbott. If the two were placed in a random blank universe were anything can happen. Hmm, that would have been a good film.
I think that means that the Robomander has mysterious healing properties. Either that or we’ve been following dopplegangers this whole time, and doppleganger Lemmo just fell into… somewhere, while the REAL Lemmo had been living in the mouth of a Robomander this whole time waiting to save them!
I think I’ve fulfilled my crackpot theory quota for at least a month with that, so I’ll just quietly observe until the next comic.
So. I found Lemmo’s wit to be great…. Kinda…. I mean…. A little? Ok. Not really. And this puts my theory of best friends or best enemies between Marina and Lemmo on a hinge….. I so ecstatic for next weeks >D!
My theory for his arm (it’s weird, but hey, it’s BlankIt) Since it’s an underground city, the forest they found themselves in has grown roots through the floor and into the city. The little forest bugs have grown bigger and invaded the city and the golden salamander thing is a forest bug hunter, and it’s equipped with un-petrifying saliva to save the inhabitants whenever they get infected. Since it’s a hunter (or medic), it checked out the breach into the city, saw Lemmo’s wooden arm, and grabbed him to restore his arm and to get rid of the bugs. *pants* okay, long enough theory with explanation which is going to be utterly wrong :D Looking forward to it hahha.
Here’s my theory. I think that the robomander is the first whole creature to originate from the pool of hand juice. All of the hands previously combined to form an entirely different being. Because it is from the hand juice, that is what its saliva must be, thus restoring Lemmo’s arm.
Robodragon looks smug. Just sayin. Also: no one is mentioning the fact that not only did Lemmo’s arm grow back, but the arm of his sweater did too!! Howwww!?!?!?!?! ;)
So… I’m going to pose a seriously wacked out theory here.
Lemmo got his arm back… Because. Just because. No explanations needed. As for Marina’s hair… since when has traditional physics ever applied to blank it?
After all, a shovel exceeded terminal velocity and hit what may be the speed of light. Causing a civilization of mist people to evolve. Also penguins.
Robots pop out of the ground and into it… knocking over wooden mountains causes a purple ocean… fireflies are powered by insults.
Why shouldn’t Lemmo’s arm just reappear? This is truely a land of opportunity, where the bold may stride forth to uncover new lands and peoples! Where the loss of an arm, or the gaining of an extra hand shall not slow the intrepid!
or. or. I gonna go out on limb here but what if, what if, what if, that’s. not. Lemmo. What if. THATIT’STONGUE. LET GO IT’S GOING TO EAT YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
her top is so distracting! I keep on thinking it’s going to slip further… Also, woo another great comic as always… *realises that the comic was posted days before me reading it* … Well I’ve been cutting down on my comic-reading, okay, STOP LOOKING AT ME LIKE THAT! Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaa!
May 17th, 2011 at 12:57 am
Ok, so it’s not a city and the Robomander(gold) has ambiguous intentions.
May 17th, 2011 at 12:58 am
And that was pretty dumb.

Opps. Dang computer being slow on the draw! PolleN112 beat me too it!
May 17th, 2011 at 1:54 am
Shouldn’t the title be “Armand Hatter” as Lem’s arm and hat are both back?
May 17th, 2011 at 2:04 am
Looks like Lemmo has two hands again…
Am I wrong?
May 17th, 2011 at 4:56 am
BOSS FIIIIIIIIGHT
May 17th, 2011 at 6:12 am
yeah… two arm oops?
May 17th, 2011 at 6:28 am
Lemmo found some hand juice on the way down.
what direction are they swinging in? Marina’s hair looks pretty perfect for hanging sideways XD
May 17th, 2011 at 7:08 am
What’s a direction?
May 17th, 2011 at 8:04 am
And guys if you look Marina totally gets caught by her right hand but in the third panel she’s hanging by her LEFT hand! BOOOOO!!
I didn’t make a mistake with drawing Lemmo. Make of that what you may.

May 17th, 2011 at 1:14 pm
Why would they think it was dumb? They jumped in to save their friend. It’s not their fault the Robomander stopped falling.
And Lemmo’s got both arms again? *wanders off to ponder what that could mean.*
May 17th, 2011 at 1:37 pm
he he it could also be a substitute RoboLemmo
just another thing to think about :)
May 17th, 2011 at 1:40 pm
I’m in love with Lemmo’s face in the last panel.
Hmm… I wonder what fantasmical ideas are behind Lemmo’s sudden re-grown hand. Can’t wait for next tuesday! :D
May 17th, 2011 at 1:49 pm
So, following the Power Trio as described by tvtropes, I’d say that Aric is Superego, Marina is Ego, and Lemmo is Id.
May 17th, 2011 at 3:40 pm
Robomander spit must act like hand juice for your whole arm. Either that or it’s not really Lemmo…
The robots are getting better at disguises?
May 17th, 2011 at 3:49 pm
I think I would say exactly that if I was in Lemmo’s position.
May 17th, 2011 at 4:45 pm
@PolleN, We don’t know yet that it’s not a city.
@Lemmo, ?????; and lol, I didn’t even notice about Marina’s hand…lol…I simultaneously love and hate continuity errors.
May 17th, 2011 at 4:49 pm
Hey wait, Lemmo, what you said about Marina is also true for Aric! :O!!!! *aghast*
May 18th, 2011 at 2:48 am
Lemmo got his arm back, and possibly a red scarf over his mouth? or is that his big dumb mouth trying to yell out another joke? >_>
May 18th, 2011 at 6:02 am
hahaha so the robot dragon fish thing salivates hand juice. I was right!
May 18th, 2011 at 7:11 am
I this say it’s a city.
May 18th, 2011 at 7:11 am
I mean I still say it’s a city
May 18th, 2011 at 11:44 am

I watched the live drawing of this comic. Loved the dog and cat interaction. That made my day. :)
May 18th, 2011 at 8:51 pm

Theory stated.
May 18th, 2011 at 9:00 pm
On second thought, it should be a hypothesis, not a theory. Hypotheses are like educated guesses and theories are highly tested and proven to be true.
ps – sorry for the double post

i bet its a robot being controlled by a smaller trap-door robot(s)

And he somehow got his hat back, when in the comic he disappears it is not with him. That Lemmo’s a crafty one.
(sorry for the double post)

If you want a second opinon then I’l just get some random guy who I don’t know and does’t know the site to vouch for me.
May 20th, 2011 at 7:12 pm

May 20th, 2011 at 7:14 pm

Your tongue theory is amazing. Or at least it was before the next comics were posted. Still though, that would have been really interesting.
